Assault Bike Classes:
This is a hybrid class that is a high-intensity interval training class utilizing the Assault Air Bike, accompanied by strength training moves, and other total body exercises. this is a fun, flies by... calorie shredding workout.
Class is 45 minutes.
Assault class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:00 am.
Boot Camp Class:
Interval class utilizing dumb bells, kettle bells, body weight, and band exercises. Boot Camp exercises focus on core, flexibility, strength and heart rate inducing intervals.
Class is 1 hour.
Boot camp class is offered on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 10:00 am.
CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO 5 PEOPLE PER CLASS. ADVANCE SIGN UP IS REQUIRED. NO DROP INS. ALL PERSONS SCHEDULED FOR SAME DAY CLASS WILL BE CHARGED EVEN IF NOT IN ATTENDANCE. PAY IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR CLASS BY CLICKING THE BUY BUTTON ABOVE, OR PAY IN PERSON DAY OF CLASS.
